Talent search: Area Manager-Specialist of lyophilization product

From Closest Partner we are selecting an Area Manager-Product Specialist in the Europe region to join a leading multinational machinery company specialized in lyophilization. Given its high specialization, the company guarantees technical and commercial training in the field of lyophilization (line of small lyophilizers), applicable to competitive sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food.

Features

– Recruitment of new distributors (80% time).

– Accompany the distributors in some visits to clients (20%).

– Training of current distributors in the portfolio and of new incorporations.

– Directly manage some clients (Direct sales)

The functions described will be carried out in the pharmaceutical sector (pharmaceutical companies) in Europe, attracting new distributors and assigning some already established distributors in the Latin American market. The position does’nt imply traveling a lot, and include to attending fairs and congresses, some accompanying visits but the work is carried out from the offices of the company’s headquarters.

Profile-Training & Experience 

– Graduate in Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or Engineering.

– Bilingual English or professional level of competence.

– Experience in similar functions > 2 years.

– Commercial profile with technical or scientific basis.

– Teaching skills.

– Team player.

The area manager-product specialist develops its role in the dependencies of the company’s headquarters (Province of Barcelona), working hand in hand with the general manager, in an environment of good work environment and professional development. The position has been generated by the internal promotion of the current Area Manager.
